When leaving, just press a single button. The apartment will automatically turn off the lights, adjust the temperature, lower the blinds, and switch to secure mode.
Intelligent blind system
Automated blinds controlled by a weather station automatically adjust to the sun and help maintain a stable temperature in the apartment. They automatically retract in strong winds.

A building open to the city and everyday life
When designing the HOYT residence, we drew inspiration from the character of the location. We wanted to create a contemporary urban building that would naturally connect with the Libeň neighborhood while offering its residents peace and privacy.
The architecture is defined by clean lines, a restrained color palette, and corten steel accents. Generous glass surfaces, balconies, and terraces connect the interiors with the outdoors and open up views of Prague.
An important part of the project is the residential garden – a place for relaxation, meeting others, and spending time with family. We designed HOYT as a building with its own identity, combining functionality, aesthetics, and high-quality living.

A new apartment without a traditional mortgage
HOYT offers cooperative housing. You get a new apartment with lower entry costs and without having to arrange your own mortgage. You only need to pay 20% of the price, and you pay off the rest gradually through monthly installments.
The loan is arranged for the entire housing cooperative, so you do not have to go through bank approval.
After paying the initial deposit, you pay off the remaining balance gradually in the form of an annuity.
Transferring a cooperative share to a new member is administratively simple.
