A new apartment without a traditional mortgage
HOYT offers cooperative housing. You get a new apartment with lower entry costs and without having to arrange your own mortgage. You only need to pay 20% of the price, and you pay off the rest gradually through monthly installments.
The loan is arranged for the entire housing cooperative, so you do not have to go through bank approval.
After paying the initial deposit, you pay off the remaining balance gradually in the form of an annuity.
Transferring a cooperative share to a new member is administratively simple.
